They were so efficient and quick with addressing our issues with a Vole/Gohper problem and so helpful along the way. Pricing was very fair and we've been able to get in contact quick with our technician for any questions after the fact!! Great customer service 👏 thank you!! Would use again but for our sake hope we don't need to and woukd recommend!
Very good work and professional. They came at a time that I had suggested that worked best for me. He sprayed the area and I had also asked him to come into the house as well to ensure we had no bee hives inside our home. Thank you so much for the immediate service.
We understand the important role bees play in the environment, and whenever possible, we explore safe relocation options. However, relocation has a very low chance of survival for the colony, so in many cases treatment is necessary. When removal is required, we use targeted applications such as dusts or sprays to eliminate the nest while keeping safety a priority. Our technicians take care to handle the process responsibly and will provide recommendations to help prevent bees from nesting in the same area again.
It’s normal to see some activity for a short period after treatment, as pests come into contact with the products and move out of their hiding places. This typically decreases within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the pest type. If you continue to notice significant activity after the expected timeframe, we’ll work with you to reassess and, if needed, provide follow-up service under your warranty.
Yes. All of our treatments are designed with safety in mind. We use products that are approved by Health Canada and apply them in targeted areas where pests live and travel, not where your family spends time. When needed, we may recommend keeping pets and children out of treated areas until products have dried—usually just a short time. Our goal is to eliminate pests effectively while keeping your home safe for your loved ones.
Bees often build nests in wall voids, attics, soffits, or other concealed spaces. In these situations, our technicians use specialized tools and application methods to reach the colony without causing unnecessary damage to your property. If access is limited, we’ll explain the safest and most effective options available, which may include targeted injections or dusting. After treatment, we’ll provide recommendations to seal entry points and reduce the chance of future nesting in the same spot.
